How to Delete Your Beloved Presence Account
You can permanently delete your Beloved Presence account and all associated data directly within the app, at any time.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the Beloved Presence app and log in.
- Tap the settings icon (⚙️) on the Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account."
- Enter your password, and type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap "Delete My Account."
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- Every loved one profile you've created
- All photos, videos, and audio recordings tied to those profiles
- All signatures, spoken consent recordings, and profile photos
- Your family tree entries, bucket list items, reminders, and messages
This includes both the information in our database and the actual files themselves in our cloud storage — nothing is left behind.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no retention period — once deleted, this content cannot be recovered by you or by us.
