From your home screen, tap "Add Loved One" and fill in their name and details. Your first loved one profile is included free — additional profiles can be added for $1.99 each.
Each loved one profile starts with a set amount of storage for photos, videos, and recordings. If you need more room, you can purchase a 5GB storage expansion for $3.99 from within that loved one's profile.
Open a loved one's profile, go to the interview questions section, and tap the record button next to any question. You can play back and re-record your answer at any time — re-recording replaces the previous answer.
Tap the heart icon on any photo, video, or recorded answer to add it to that loved one's Favorites collection, so it's easy to find later.

If prompted to select which app to use for opening the file, open it using your Internet Browser. You can also open it on a computer the same way.
When adding or editing a family member, tap "Spouse" and choose from the tree. This automatically links both people together — you don't need to edit the other person separately.
Use the "Other Parent" option when adding that child, so their actual two parents are recorded accurately — independent of anyone's current marriage.
